SHIPPING POLICY

Overview
At DoggyDrain, we ship our patent-pending 3D printed dog urinals to customers worldwide. Please review this policy carefully to understand our production and shipping process.
No Additional Charges or Fees
Our products are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) such that there is no surprise charges or fees upon delivery. You only pay once since our prices are inclusive of Product cost and the cost of Standard shipping (typically 5 to 14 days), Duties and Taxes (where applicable).
Production Time (Made-to-Order)
Each DoggyDrain is made-to-order, with production starting only after capture of payment.
For Europe (EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland): Each unit is custom-made to the customer’s specifications (groin height, color, version, unique ID number).
Lead Time: 4 days to 2 weeks from payment capture to shipping, depending on size and version
- Small sizes and Regular version: typically 4-7 days
- Large sizes and Ultra-fine version: may take up to 2 weeks
Lead times are subject to change based on production capacity and order specifications
Production Start:
Production begins immediately upon our capture of the customer’s payment. You will receive email updates on your order status.
Shipping Timeframes
After production is complete, your DoggyDrain will be shipped via international carriers (such as DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, SF Express, or Hong Kong Post).
· Standard Shipping: typically 5 to 14 days after shipping, as displayed on product page
· Total time from order to delivery = Production time + Shipping time
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email
- Tracking information
Customs and Duties
In rare situations:
- Customs may hold shipments for inspection, which may result to delay
- You may be contacted by the carrier or customs for additional documentation, in which case you should contact us for assistance
- The carrier or customs may request for additional payment, in which case you must contact us immediately at info@doggydrain.com for resolution. Per DDP arrangement, Duties and Taxes are already included in your purchase price such that there should not be any additional or surprise charges upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Shipments:
If tracking shows your shipment is lost, contact us at info@doggydrain.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged Shipments:
See our Return and Refund Policy for procedures regarding damaged deliveries.
Delayed Shipments:
See our Return and Refund Policy for cancellation rights if production or shipping is significantly delayed.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to respond to carrier delivery attempts
You will be responsible for reshipping and incidental costs.
